Crystaliscious Perspective on Sunstone

Sunstone is a feldspar associated with our solar plexus, helping us to understand the energy of this area of our energetic fields.

Sunstone is warming to our physical bodies as ginger, the plant is. Sunstone helps us to find the space within us that defines who we are in the moment, find that part of us and stay there. When we know who we are in any given moment, there is never anything left to fear.

Sunstone is a stone that we can use specifically to work on beliefs about who we believe ourselves to be. So often we grow up allowing our environment to define us, it isn’t unusual to find ourselves enmeshed in patterns just because we are allowing our beliefs about who we are control who we are being.

When one works with sunstone, all of our barriers to our true inner sun are stripped away, leaving a clear slate for defining who we want to be. By clearing away the patterns of training we are able understand that we are not here to find ourselves, but to create ourselves. 

 As we understand this,we are able to make changes within these structural beliefs without major repercussions of other structural beliefs collapsing, causing chaos to take over areas of our lives.

Sunstone is a stone that backs up its challenge to us, to re-create ourselves at will, with an impressive vibration of creative flow. Not only will sunstone assist us in staying positive in our creation of who we want to be, we are able to allow the creative flow to just happen, without thought or resistance or force. This is a valuable tool for those who find themselves choosing to express their creativity through the way they live their life. The vibration of sunstone helps us move in the direction of creating the things we want, while showing us that worry will create those things we are worrying about. Sunstone definitely backs up it promise of being a stone that helps to keep us in our happy place.

This stone not only shows how to find that place within ourselves, it helps us to sustain and grow that place within ourselves. 

Working with sunstone will also increase one’s synchronicity within their life. It isn’t apparent whether sunstone increases the actual number of times one has a synchronicity in their life, or if the awareness of the synchronicities is enhanced by the use of this stone.Either way many people report that this is the case when they have used this stone over a short period of time.

Orange Kyanite ~ the crystaliscious perspective...

Orange Kyanite wasn’t discovered until 2007 in Tanzania, so there isn’t very much metaphysical information already out. I bought my first piece in 2009, it’s second year to be sold at Tucson. I then had to go back 2 days later and buy as much as I could afford to bring back.

I knew that this was a very special stone, even though I had not had the opportunity to work with it and I knew no one who had ever seen it before. It was the first opportunity that I had to work with a stone that was ‘new’ on the market and had yet to be defined by other’s experiences with it. I quickly learned that this new variety of kyanite, that is colored by manganese, packs a wallop as good as any of the other kyanite species, and that wallop seems to be just what our society needs! 

Orange Kyanite is a stone that helps us to bring in the vibration of appreciation so that we can learn this vibration within situations that we may not appreciate too much. The appreciation of the material things we have created as well as an appreciation of the expansion taken because of our emotional creations as well. This stone helps us to understand that we have nothing to let go of from the past, the past evolves into the present which is the platform from which we create our future, appreciating the process and where we are in this process in multiple situations in life.

Orange Kyanite also brings a vibration of creative expression that other stones have not quite brought to the table just yet. This is a new level of creative expression that goes beyond a painted canvas or beautifully composed song. This is the creative expression of your very own perspective, the channels to express your own perspective into your reality open up with the use of this stone. As we learn to express our own perspective, our reality starts to change to match that perspective. Orange Kyanite is proving to be a mega stone for teaching the process of actually putting into action the concept of creating our reality.

With further work with Orange Kyanite, I have found that not only have I learned to appreciate the reality that I am coming from, I am learning to appreciate the part I played in that reality. The next step to appreciating what we have gained is to appreciate how we gained it. As I am able to clearly see and accept my part in where I am coming from, I have the present moment as my platform to create my future. Orange Kyanite has an uncanny knack to make sure that the entire time you work with this stone that you continue to come back to ‘ I have the present moment as my platform to create my future’. 

Orange Kyanite is a stone that brings in movement, movement into areas where we have lost our passion, lost our desire or forgotten how we started this stagnation. Very quickly after picking up a piece of orange kyanite you will notice a new appreciation of who you are, where you are at and where you want to go. A very gentle experience for all, orange kyanite never seems to be too ‘harsh’.
